Terms of service

1. Who we are. KawKaw Social is the trading name of KawKaw Social Media Services (SSM 202603292479), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (“we”). “You” means the business that subscribes.

2. Plans. Lite: 8 static posts and 2 Reels (up to 30 seconds) a month. Standard: 8 static posts, 4 Reels (up to 30 seconds) and basic management of 1 Meta ad campaign a month. Prices are as shown on our website for Malaysia (RM) and Singapore (S$) when you subscribe.

3. Payment. Plans are billed monthly in advance, for each calendar month starting on the 1st. Before each month we send you an invoice. You pay by card through Stripe (charged on the 1st of each month until you cancel). Malaysian clients can also pay by bank transfer to our business account. Your plan continues each month until you cancel. If a month isn’t paid by the 1st, we pause work until it is paid.

4. Term and cancellation. Month to month. To cancel, tell us on WhatsApp or by email at least 3 days before the 1st of the next month (for example, by 28 November to stop from December). Your plan then ends at the end of the month you have paid for. A month that is already in production is not refunded.

5. Your material. Each month you send photos and clips by about the 25th. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send, including consent from any person shown. We don’t do photo or video shoots, and reshoots are not included.

6. Drafts, feedback and posting. We send drafts within 7 working days of receiving your material. You get one combined round of feedback per monthly batch; small text fixes are free. After you approve, we post across the following month through Meta Business Suite, using the access you give us. You can remove our access at any time; we can’t post without it.

7. Ad management (Standard). We set up 1 Meta campaign, run up to 2 ads made from that month’s content, check it weekly and make one change a week, and send a short monthly summary (spend, reach, messages). Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of the plan price. Extra campaigns and landing pages are not included. Meta’s own rules and ad review apply, and Meta may reject or limit ads.

8. Add-ons and other services. Extra posts or Reels, longer Reels, AI product photos and extra ad campaigns are add-ons to a plan. Websites and landing pages, basic SEO and Google Maps, and Xiaohongshu posts are separate services. Both are quoted per job: before any work starts, we send you a written quote on WhatsApp or by email with the price, what’s included, how it’s paid and the timeline. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you accept it. The accepted quote sets the scope; anything outside it is quoted again. For websites, you pay for your own domain and hosting, and online shops are not included. For SEO and Google Maps, we don’t guarantee rankings. Otherwise these terms (your material, ownership, liability and the rest) also apply to quoted work.

9. No guarantees. We don’t guarantee followers, reach, engagement, sales or bookings.

10. Ownership. You own the finished posts once the month is paid. We show them in our portfolio only with your permission. The fonts and music we use are licensed for this use.

11. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or sales, or for actions by Meta (for example account restrictions or ad rejections).

12. Changes. We may update these terms or our prices; we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia deal with any dispute.
